1. Necessary cookies

2. Statistical analyzes of our Website

•   We use tools that collect statistical data, thanks to which we can understand how users use our Website. The data we receive from these tools does not give us information about a specific person and we do not combine it with other data you provide to us.
•   We use Google Analytics. The information that Google Analytics collects about users is, for example: how many times a user visits the website; which subpages he visits; date of first and last visit; the duration of the visit; the page from which the user visited the site; the browser you use; the link that was clicked; where you are accessing from in the world, etc. The version of Google Analytics we use does not collect (neither log nor store) IP addresses.
•   Google assigns its own identifier (so-called Google ID) to individual users and collects data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. We - as the owner of the Website - may receive reports (statistics) from Google related only to the traffic on our Website. These reports, of course, only include persons who have consented to the recording of their visits by Google Analytics on our Website.
•   We use Google Analytics in such a way that your IP address is shortened before forwarding. The anonymized IP address processed by Google Analytics, as declared by this company, is not combined with other Google data.

3. Google Ads - behavioral advertising and other Google tools

•   Google collects data from cookies placed on your device on its servers. This data is collected on all pages where you have allowed the use of cookies (including our Website), as well as from advertisements you have clicked on. Google uses this information to display advertisements on other websites you visit and/or in your web browser. Typically, cookies from Google expire after 3 months.
•   We, as advertisers using Google services, do not have access to data from cookies stored on your device, but we can order advertisements to recipients selected by us, e.g. to all people who have visited our website (or its specific subpage) in the last 7 days.
•   These data are only statistical material for us, and we order advertisements only on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups, not to a specific user), so the cookie data is in no way combined with other data you provide us.

•   We also use (as part of using Google Ads and Google Analytics) the aforementioned Google Tag Manager tool. It enables us to manage advertising campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

4. Facebook and other social media conversion pixel

•   We use the so-called "Facebook conversion pixel" to manage ads on Facebook and Instagram.
•   If you agree to the use of this cookie file on our Website, then using this tool Facebook obtains information that you have visited our Website. This information is assigned to your profile on this website, if you have one. If you are not a user of these services, then the information is assigned to the so-called created for you. "Facebook ID".
•   Thanks to this tool, we can order advertisements on Facebook and Instagram to those people who have previously visited our Website or its individual subpages (remarketing).
•   Then we receive from Facebook statistical data on the effectiveness of advertisements (e.g. how many people saw our ad, how many people clicked on it), without reference to specific users.

5. TikTok conversion pixel

6. Videos and photos from social networks

•   Some videos on the Website are embedded using plug-ins from YouTube (a website owned by Google). Providing the above data is not mandatory but necessary to fulfill your order, issue an invoice, and contact you by email and/or phone to notify you about the order status. Providing an email address is also necessary if you want to receive our newsletter or receive a response to your submitted inquiry.

We process your data related to placing an order in our e-shop as long as it is necessary to perform the order, as well as in accordance with accounting and tax regulations. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process your data for this purpose until you withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter. Data processed by us on the basis of the so-called We can process the legitimate interest for as long as it is justified by the purpose of their processing given in the table above, unless you object to the processing of your data for this purpose.

In addition, we may then store your data properly saved and protected for such a period of time that our liability could arise for the sale of goods to you. After the expiry of any claims, depending on each case, we will proceed to delete the customer's personal data.

In our activities, we use the services of other cooperating companies, therefore your data may be entrusted by us to: an accounting company, payment intermediaries, courier companies, a company providing us with an IT program that facilitates customer service, a company providing us with an e-mail marketing program.

In connection with the above, personal data obtained from cookies may be transferred to third countries that are not members of the European Union, which involves the possibility of obtaining access to such data by authorized public administration bodies in the USA.

How does data collection look like when subscribing to the newsletter?

1. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you marketing information about our products, e.g. about new products in our offer, special promotions or cooperation that we will establish with partners.
2. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in each newsletter or simply writing us a message.
3. A modern email marketing system allows you to analyze the actions of recipients, i.e. it tells us whether a given message has been opened by you. We analyze such information to better adjust the content of the newsletter to your interests and send you personalized messages (profiling). You can object to such processing of your data by us at any time. We can also adjust the content of the newsletters sent to you to the information we have about your purchases in our e-shop.
